Leadership
Nicole Chatterson, Principal Consultant & Founder
With over 15 years of experience working at the nexus of circular economy, sustainability, climate, and community impact, Nicole has led initiatives in public, private, & NGO spaces. She has written federal grant proposals for municipal partners, developed an international brand’s ESG metrics program, and designed Hawaiʻi’s first reusable takeout container program.
Nicole thrives when bringing projects from idea into implementation and is adept at bridging silos and building consensus. Her work has been grounded in Hawaiʻi for the past 14 years and she strategically engages with partners and clients across the globe.
